Returns Policy

RootsMagic has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

For physical orders (CDs, books, etc.), the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.

For download orders, a Certificate of Destruction must be downloaded, printed, signed and returned by mail or email (orders@rootsmagic.com) within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price.
